Last Chance cards are a free, unofficial, third-party expansion pack that introduce some of humanity’s biggest environmental and social challenges into the game of Monopoly. The cards fit seamlessly into traditional Monopoly, and can replace or supplement the game’s Chance and Community Chest cards, but go further and create the possibility that a player’s behavior may permanently alter the rules of the game. Last Chance cards are for all ages and players are encouraged to make more cards of their own. But hurry up and make them before you draw the Money Is Speech card and the Supreme Court declares that poorer players may not talk!
